Monitor Status Legend

When you upload compliance documents (e.g., credentials, training evidence, or regulated documentation packages) to Monitor, they are processed and assigned a status. This page explains what each status indicator means and what to do next.

Status Indicators

Next steps: None required. Your document is compliant and on file.
?

In Progress

Your document is currently being processed. This includes OCR extraction, validation, and human review before a final status is issued.

Next steps: Please wait for processing to complete. You will be notified when the status updates. Processing typically takes a few minutes, but complex documents may take longer.

Failed

Your document did not pass validation or could not be processed. This could be due to missing information, quality issues, or non-compliance with requirements.

Next steps:
  • Review the error message or feedback provided
  • Check that your document meets all required criteria
  • Ensure the document is clear, complete, and legible
  • Upload a corrected or new document
  • Contact support if you need assistance

Processing Details

When you upload a document, it goes through several stages:

  1. Upload & Validation: The file is checked for format, size, and protective scanning, then validated for processing.
  2. OCR Processing: Text and data are extracted from the document using our CredFlow OCR technology.
  3. Compliance Check: The extracted information is validated against regulatory requirements.
  4. Review: Every document undergoes human review. We verify the extracted fields and the compliance check before a final status is issued.
  5. Final Status: The document is marked as Passed, In Progress, or Failed.
